Celebrations were held in Türkiye under the motto “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar”

On December 20, 2023, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye held ceremonial events in honor of the year held under the motto “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar”.

As part of the events at the Kocaeli University in Izmit and the Medipol University in Ankara, a festive concert was held with the participation of Turkmen students studying at these higher educational institutions.

An exhibition of decorative and applied arts of the Turkmen people was also organized, where participants were given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with cultural values, in particular national carpets, jewelry, Turkmen cuisine, as well as collections of poems by the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.

The Turkmen diplomatic mission also organized a presentation of the achievements of Turkmenistan over the years of Independence and the books of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the teaching staff and foreign students.
