THE HISTORIC ADDRESS OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN WAS DISCUSSED IN THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OF THE MFA OF TURKMENISTAN

On the 14th of February of 2019, the conference was held dedicated to the outcomes of the historical address of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made today, that is on the 14th of February in participation of the social-political organizations and workers of the cultural sphere. The leading staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan as well as its employees and diplomatic workers, as well as the faculty members and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the International University of Humanities and Development participated to this event.

The participants of the conference noted that the President of Turkmenistan outlined the importance of bringing up the Turkmen youth according to national peculiarities. Today, intelligent Turkmen young people having good knowledge of modern computer and information technologies, as well as innovations are brought up and they achieve high results on different spheres of science and education on the international level.

In addition, the participants giving speeches at the conference noted the importance of legal status of Turkmen Neutrality and proposed the initiatives on introducing a special educational course on widely learning its role on the international level.

Upon the completion of the meeting, the significance of further scientific analysis of the international initiatives of the esteemed President was stressed.
