1. Application written by the citizen who issues Power of Attorney or Petition (must be written to the Consular Department of the Embassy)

2. Color copy of the temporary residence permit (identity card) in the territory of the Republic of Turkey of Citizen who issues Power of Attorney or Petition

Note: If the citizen has just arrived in the Republic of Turkey, he/she can apply according to the validity period of the visa valid in his/her biometric passport.

3. Color copy of 1st page of the biometric passport of citizen who issues Power of Attorney or Petition

4. Color copy of pages 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 32 of the passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan if citizen who issues Power of Attorney or Petition ;

5. Color copy of the Birth Certificate of citizen who issues Power of Attorney or Petition;

6. Color copy of pages 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 32 of the passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan if citizen who takes Power of Attorney or Petition ;

7. Color copy of the Birth Certificate of citizen who takes Power of Attorney or Petition;

Consular service fees are charged for the formalization of powers of attorney and petitions;

Information: Each of the above documents must be in 1 (one) color copy and on A4 size paper;
