Documents required to verify the signature and seal on the documents of foreign nationals and legal entities residing in the Republic of Turkiye:

Any document officialized within the borders of the Republic of Turkey for use in Turkmenistan must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey..

By real entities:

1. Application written by the citizen (must be written to the Consular Department of the Embassy)

2. Color copy of the citizen's temporary residence permit (identity card) in the territory of the Republic of Turkey;

3. Color copy of the document to be approved;

By legal entities:

1. The application written on the company's letterhead to the Consular Department of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Turkey;

2. The original copy of the Power of Attorney issued by the company to the citizen applying on behalf of the company.;

3. Application written by the citizen applying on behalf of the company (must be written to the Consular Department of the Embassy);

4. Color copy of the temporary residence permit (identity card) of the citizen applying on behalf of the company in the Republic of Turkey;

5. Color copy of the document to be approved

Consular service fees are charged for signature and seal verification;

Information: Each of the above documents must be in 1 (one) color copy and on A4 size paper.
