Documents required for visa procedures:

1. The original (or copy) of the invitation letter issued by the Turkmenistan State Migration Service on behalf of the legal or real person;

2. Citizen's special visa application;

3. The original and color copy of the citizen's passport;

4. 2 (two) 3x4 color photographs of the citizen;

The Consular Department of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Turkey can issue visas (hereinafter visas) for foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter: citizens of foreign nationality) for entry and exit to Turkmenistan at the following levels:

1. Diplomatic Visa (DP);

2. Service Visa (OF);

3. Entrepreneurship visa (BS1, BS2);

4. Investment Visa (IN);

5. Work Visa (WP);

6. Family Visa (FM);

7. Sports visa (SP1, SP2);

8. Humanitarian visa (HM);

9. Private visa (PR1, PR2);

10. Student Visa (ST);

11. Tourist Visa (TU);

12. Transit visa (TR1, TR2);

13. Health Visa (HL);

14. Driving Visa (DR);

15. Exit Visa (EX).

For visa procedures at all levels, written or electronic applications and the documents attached to the applications, as well as a 5x6 color photo, must be requested in 1 copy of the identity card to formalize the above-mentioned visas for a foreign citizen in the specified order;

Diplomatic (DP), service (OF) and exit (EX) visas are issued to foreign citizens visiting Turkmenistan, as well as to visit seriously ill close relatives in Turkmenistan and to carry out burials and commemorations of close relatives in humanitarian and other emergency situations and foreign nationals. In cases where citizens are forced to stay in Turkmenistan, in the specified order for the formalization of visas of the relevant level, the foreign national will be granted the right to enter into entrepreneurship (BS1, BS2), investment (IN), work (WP), family (FM), Sports (SP1), SP2), Humanity ( HM), Private (PR1, PR2), Student (ST), Tourist (TU), Transit (TR1, TR2), Health (HL), Driving (DR) Visas do not require an identity document;

Documents required for visa formalization for close relatives and children:

Turkmenistan citizens can obtain an entry visa to Turkmenistan for their foreign national wife/husband or foreign national child at the Consular Department of the Turkmenistan Embassy in the Republic of Turkey;

1. Application written by a citizen of Turkmenistan (must be addressed to the Consular Department of the Embassy);

2. Color copy of the temporary residence permit (identity card) of a citizen of Turkmenistan in the territory of the Republic of Turkey

3. Color copy of 1st page of the biometric passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

4. Color copy of pages 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 32 of the passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

5. Color copy of the Birth Certificate of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

6. Color copy of the official marriage certificate of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

Note: If a Turkmenistan citizen registers his official marriage in the marriage office of the Republic of Turkey, the official marriage copy must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey;

7. Special application for a visa of a close relative or child of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

8. Color copies of residence permits (identity cards) of a close relative or child of a citizen of Turkmenistan in the territory of the Republic of Turkey;

9. Color copy of the passport of a close relative or child of a citizen of Turkmenistan;

Documents required to formalize a transit visa:

1. Petition of the applicant (must be written to the Consular Department of the Embassy);

2. Color copy of the applicant's passport (with at least 6 months validity);

3. If a third country citizen, a copy of the Republic of Turkey visa (or temporary residence permit);

4. Copies of visas for countries that will enter and exit the territory of Turkmenistan along the route (for example: Azerbaijan or Iran);

5. Fill out the personal information form;

6. Fill out the visa application form and send a color copy to the Consular Department

7. 2 photographs (3x4 size);

8. Each copy requested must be on A4 paper;

Information: Payments for consular services and visa procedures must be paid at the time of submission of documents. In case of visa cancellation, the fee paid is not refundable;

            Visa payment calculation is made according to the duration of stay of the legal entity or natural person in the territory of Turkmenistan, visa level and type.

            Each of the above documents must be in 1 (one) color copy and on A4 size paper.
