Your Excellency,
My dear brother, 
 
Accept my deep condolences over the terrorist attack in Gaziantep city that led to great loss of life and injuries.
Turkmenistan vigorously condemns any act of terrorism and extremism and fully supports the efforts of the world community on combatting and eliminating this evil. 
In this time of hardship, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on my own behalf I kindly ask you to convey our sincere sympathy and words of support to the families and relatives of the victims, as well as wishes for quick recovery to the injured.
