According to the Decree of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, today, on March 26, elections of the members of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, as well as the members of the halk maslahaty and Gengeshes for velayats, etraps and cities have started.

Early in the morning, citizens of Turkmenistan within the Republic of Türkiye came to vote at the 1st polling station established near the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye (Ankara) to fulfill their citizenship obligations.
