The gas-chemical complex in Garabogaz was marked by international certificates as one of the best in the world
The large-scale program of Turkmenistan's industrialization is inextricably linked with environmental issues, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said at the opening ceremony of the Garabogazkarbamid plant, during which the plant's management was awarded certificates of international organizations on the recognition of product quality, efficiency and environmental friendliness of innovative production.
In this regard, the head of state noted that Turkmenistan supports the efforts of the international community to reduce emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere. In the country there is a systematic transition to environmentally safe and resource-saving technologies in industry, including in the oil and gas, electric power and chemical industries.
Then representatives of international organizations that took part in the opening of the Garabogazkarbamid plant presented the management of the new gas chemical complex with certificates certifying the quality of its products, production efficiency and innovative technologies.
In particular, the president of the International Scientific Center for Fertilizers (CIEC), professor of environmental sciences Ji Lanzhu noted that the activity of the organization he represents is aimed at maintaining environmentally safe industrial facilities that produce mineral products. He highly appreciated the work carried out in this direction in Turkmenistan, and presented the director of the plant with the Certificate of the International Scientific Center for Fertilizers, certifying the high quality of the products at the new gas chemical complex.
The representative of the Braunschweig Technical University (Germany), Dr. Mireille Van Overstraeten, stressed that this project is one of the best in the world, its implementation took into account the most advanced science-intensive technologies used in this field. Noting that the gas chemical complex was recognized by the Federal Research Center for Cultivated Plants in Germany as a major innovative enterprise, Dr. Mireille Van Overstraeten presented the Certificate of Recognition for the Use of Innovative Technologies.
President of the International Society for Organic Agriculture Research ISOFAR, Professor Dr. Gerold Rahmann presented the Certificate recognizing the gas-chemical project in Garabogaz as one of the most effective and environmentally sustainable projects.
